- Once you receive an email confirming whether hire time and date is available for the venue, you can confirm your hire and we will issue an invoice. You must pay the 20% non-refundable* venue hire deposit to hold your booking.
- You must also provide a Certificate of Currency for a minimum of $10,000,000 public liability insurance. This Certificate must state the interest of “The Wardens of the Anglican Parish of Bondi and Waverley”.
- The Venue Hire Co-ordinator will then draw up the paperwork and seek approval from church authorities for the Licence Agreement to proceed.
*If approval is not successful, the booking deposit will be fully refunded.
